  3. VerbMaster and pre-RISC PC computers

  6. As an A3000 owner, I am keen to ensure that users
  7. of the older (ie Archimedes) computers are not
  8. left behind by recent developments. Unfortunately,
  9. most programers (including Paul Hobbs, who wrote the
  10. WIMP shell library) are now using RISC PCs, and so
  11. aren't spotting potential problems with other
  12. computers.

  14. Here's one thing that is VERY IMPORTANT. If you
  15. find that you can't drag SAVE icons from the save
  16. dialogue boxes, then it's because you need to have
  17. SOLID SPRITE dragging set ON.
  18.  
  19. To do this, press F12 and type:
  20.  FX 162,28,3
  21. and press RETURN twice to return to the desktop.

  23. Saving is rather more scenic like this, anyway!!
