  5. Up-to-date index data for Volumes 8 & 9 of ARCHIVE magazine, the 
  6. Monthly Discs and the Utilities Discs, is contained in 5 files :
  7.  
  8.          Magazine Vol.8 Nos. 1-12    ....   File ARvol08
  9.                   Vol.9 Nos. 1-7     ....   File ARvol09
  10.          Discs    Vol.8 Nos. 1-12    ....   File Advol08
  11.                   Vol,9 Nos. 1-7     ....   File Advol09
  12.          Utilities Discs Nos 1-8     ....   File ArUtils
  13.   
  14. SHIFT-Double Click on !ArcScan to open a filer which should reveal
  15. one or more of the directories Archive, ArDiscs and ArUtils. These
  16. are likely to contain several files such as ARvolxx etc, where
  17. 'xx' stands for the volume number, or a Utils file. 
  18.  
  19. To update, copy the files on this disc into the appropriate
  20. directories, replacing any earlier versions BEARING THE SAME 'xx'
  21. NUMBER.
