searched for and start the search.
Find:
Type in the phrase here!

This will ditinguish between upper and lower case letter.
The search is quicker if this option IS chossen!
Magic characters:
This will allow you to use 'magic' or 'wild' characters
in your search phrase (as with Edit... almost!) The

The search is quicker if this option is NOT chossen!

FILER WINDOW
=======================================================
The filer window allows you to watch the progress
of the search, to pause the process or abort the
process. It is fully multitasking.
The top window:
This displays the current activity
'Searching file'... in progress
'Paused search'... paused
'Search aborted'... stopped!
'match found'... a possible find?
'Finished'... process finished
'????'... the file it is working on.
'files searched'
This shows the number of files it has actually checked
'files seen'
This shows the number of files checked or skipped due
to them being the wrong file type (e.g. Sprite).
'Abort'
This will abort the search.
'Pause'
This will pause the process and the process can be
resumed by...
'Continue'
This will resume the search (after a pause or a find).
'OK'
This will close the filer window. It is displayed when
the search is completed.
'Run'
If a match is found within the contents of a file Click

OPTION WINDOW
=======================================================
Click Menu on the icon bar icon and choose 'Options...'
to open the window
The option window allows you to alter which files will
be searched and which file will be skipped.
Only search:
'Text files only (FFF)'
If this option is set only text files will be searched.
This is a very useful option when browsing information.
'As selected below'
If you wish to search other file types, such as DTP
files, select this option and then identify them in the
window below.
'All files'
Possibly of little value unless all file types are known
to be text type files!
Files to search:
If 'As selected below' is chossen then a tick next to the
a file type will force a search of all files of that type
while a cross will make the search skip all files of that
type. Clicking SELECT toggles them on and off.
Drag example file 'types' here:
If the type of file that you wish to be searched is not
on the list drag an example file onto the option window
and it will be added to the list. This may be an example
from a directory display or saved from an application.
'Cancel'
This will abort any alterations made in the window.
'Factory default'
This will clear the 'Files to search' list and reset
the window to recommended settings.
'Set'
This will set any alterations made in the window.
'Save settings'
