  20.  1. Click selects single icon; drag selects all icons within drag-box
  21.  2. Also works for click without Shift, if mouse button is pressed longer
  22.     than 0.5 seconds
  23.  3. Function operates on all selected icons, or (if no icons are selected)
  24.     on the icon that the pointer is over
  25.  4. If more than 1 icon is edited, only the icon flags can be modified
  26.  5. Or by double-clicking with Select (if option is on)
  27.  6. Only works if "Movable"-flag of window is set
  28.  7. Or by double-clicking with Select on window background (if option is on)
  29.  8. Pointer must be over the title bar
