This is another story but I use a 'draw' file such as 'Rect4' which just fills the A4 'Draw' frame on the screen and is not too hard on the printer for tests. The 4cm corner squares allow the use of a ruler to check the printed result whether it appears on paper or not. My printer is an Integrex CJ Series 2 which emulates the HP Jet 500C.}

{S:X;X;0;4;A most useful file to turn into a Pamphlet form is the 'Wordz' Release note which is issued with your copy of Wordz. Mine is 1.02 and the file is about 10k in length. Double-clicking on this loads the file and you will notice it is 3 pages in length.}

{S:X;X;0;6;When an A4 page is reduced to A5 everything is reduced to 70% of its original size. The first thing is to increase all Styles by this amount. Select the main heading, click on 'S' on the button bar, highlight 'heading' on the list of styles, click on 'change', click on 'height' of text if this is not already highlighted, and then use the change arrows to increase the height by 40 or 50 percent. clicking on 'OK' will change the main heading to the larger type.Select a sub-heading and do just the same.}
{S:X;X;0;7; Then select base letter which is set at present as 14 point. If you do just the same again say to 20 point you will find the whole document will stretch just over 4 pages. By trial and error I found that 17 point was the largest that would restrain the document on four pages. The document is now suitable to reduce by pamphlet printing.}

Click select on the 'Pamphlet' button and the display in the pages box will change from 1 - 4 to 4,1 and below that, 2,3. Delete 2,3. The remaining buttons to be 'lit' are 'both' and 'two-up'. Click on OK and pages 4 and 1 will be printed on one side of the paper. }
