  2. All the files in this directory (except riscos310, oslib, dearchive and 
  3. nspark.tar) are binary archives which can be decompressed using either ArcFS 2 
  4. or SparkFS.
  5.  
  6. ***** Remember to set your ftp client to binary mode before downloading
  7. ***** any of these files.
  8.  
  9. The riscos310 directory contains three archives, each of which contain the 
  10. contents of one of the RISC OS 3.1 discs distributed with Acorn computers.
  11.  
  12. The oslib directory contains four files, which may be downloaded separately 
  13. and decompressed on your local hard disc to give the OSLib system, written by 
  14. Jonathan Coxhead.
  15.  
  16. "dearchive" is a BASIC program which, when executed, builds a copy of 
  17. !Sparkplug, which can also be used to decompress the archives.
  18.  
  19. "nspark.tar" is a tar archive containing the C sources to a DOS/UNIX utility
  20. that can decompress our archives.
