  3. If you have a registered copy of !Snake, please ignore the first section
  4. of this !Help file, entitled "The Demo Version"

  6. The Demo Version

  8. The Demo version of SuperSnake is Shareware. This means that it may
  9. be freely copied and distributed as long as the following conditions
  10. are obeyed at all times:-

  12. a) Copyright and all rights remain the property of Paul Vigay (the author)
  13. b) All files are copied in their entirety without alteration.
  14. c) You can register yourself by sending me a donation of £5.00 and in return
  15.    you will receive a registered version of the full game, and also be
  16.    eligible to receivefree upgrades as and when I produce them.
  17.    (in exchange for a blank (800k E format) disc and SAE.)
  18. d) This application should NOT be distributed by Shareware or PD libraries
  19.    without my express written permission.

  21. The Demo version may be detected by the words "Demo Version" appearing in 
  22. the User icon in the 'Info' window. All non demo versions may not be copied
  23. or distributed at all by anyone other than the author (Paul Vigay)
