  11. 1. If you wish to keep this game for longer than the 30 day trial period, you
  12.    must register as an owner.
  13.    In return for registering, you will receive information on all future
  14.    upgrades, and where small enough, they can be e-mailed to you.
  15.    In addition, you will receive a patch to the game so that the licence screen
  16.    and time delay on loading the game will no longer appear.
  17.    
  18.    Registration costs just £5, or equivalent foreign currency. To register,
  19.    there are several possible methods of payment:

  21.    a) Send cash, postal order or cheque (payable to "Graham Crockford") to
  22.

  30.       Please include your name, address, e-mail address if you have one,
  31.       and any comments you have on the game, including suggestions for new
  32.       features.

  34.       I will e-mail you the registered users' patch, or failing that, send it
  35.       to you on disc via post.

  37.    b) Contact me by e-mail, and obtain my bank account details to arrange a
  38.       transfer from your account to mine. The advantages of this are that I can
  39.       verify that I have the money very quickly and despatch your upgrade, and
  40.       that it is very easy and saves sending money through the post.
  41.       
  42.       If you live in a foreign country, the bank charges will probably make
  43.       this option unusable.

  45.    c) Purchase the registered version from The Datafile by sending £7.50 and
  46.       your name and address to:

  53. 2. The software is provided 'as is'; I make no guarantee that it is fit for any
  54.    purpose, and will not be held responsible for any loss of data, money or
  55.    kind through use of the software.
  56.    Given this condition, I will make every effort to rectify any problems with
  57.    the software, if necessary producing a new version, if you contact me by
  58.    e-mail or post.

  60. 3a.The unregistered form of the game may be freely distributed provided it is
  61.    kept for no longer than 30 days by any party without registering, and is
  62.    unmodified from the offical released version.
  63.  b.The registered form of the game grants the registered user of the software
  64.    a non-transferrable single site licence. That is, it may be freely used by
  65.    the registered user, but not passed on by any method to any third party.

  67. 4. Registered users of versions 1.00-1.11 are entitled to a free registered
  68.    copy of HOLOCAUST 2 as per the licence conditions of those releases. Just
