<p>Arguably the only demo which really rivals Era. It's much shorter, but the effects are just as good.</p>
<p>Reisnac has a strong 3D focus. The first effect is a really excellent bump mapped tunnel - it's a shame that the textures don't wrap around properly, because it does spoil the effect a little. Then, "Icebird" and "Reisnac" are displayed in spinning solid letters, with a unique glare effect behind them, like very bright sunlight. An amazing transitional effect follows - like a lightspeed sequence in a Star Wars film, but an awful lot better! There's a sphere with a light source inside it, and circular holes so you can see it coming out (the shafts of light are even texture mapped, wow), a few still images, and a final scene with a rather complicated 3D person and the glaring sunlight effect again, before it all goes grey and the credits roll.</p>
<p>The music in Reisnac is unusual and pretty strange, but also rather good. It also needs expensive speakers, because much of it is bass, and almost inaudible without a subwoofer!</p>
<p>All in all this is an excellent demo, and deserves a place in anyone's collection.</p>
