  4. The WebHelper application is only a container for the helper applications
  5. which ArcWeb uses.  To open the helper directory double-click on the
  6. !WebHelper icon in a Filer window.  When the Filer sees !WebHelper for the
  7. first time, it sets up the paths for ArcWeb to be able to automatically start
  8. up the applications.
