  8.                         SampleManager is NOT freeware.
  9.                       SampleManager is NOT public domain.
  10.                      SampleManager is commercial software.

  13.      This licence file MUST be distributed with the SampleManager module.

  16. In order to use SampleManager you require a licence from Arachne Software.
  17. There are three types of licence available:
  18.  
  19.     o Private use licence. Anyone wishing to make use of SampleManager for
  20.       their own private purposes is granted an automatic, free licence, and
  21.       need not contact Arachne Software.
  22.  
  23.     o Freeware licence. Anyone wishing to use SampleManager in a piece of
  24.       public domain software or freeware must contact Arachne software for
  25.       a free licence. We define public domain and freeware to mean that
  26.       nothing is charged for the software except a maximum of two pounds
  27.       sterling to cover discs, postage, etc.
  28.  
  29.     o Commercial licence. Anyone wishing to use SampleManager in a piece of
  30.       commercial software must purchase a licence from Arachne Software.
  31.       Contact Arachne Software to negotiate a price, taking into account
  32.       what the package is, how much it will cost, predicted sales, etc.
  33.       We define commercial software to be any piece of distributed software
  34.       that does not fall within our definition of public domain or freeware.

  37. This product and its documentation are supplied on an as is basis and no
  38. warranty as to its suitability for any particular purpose is either made
  39. or implied. Arachne Software will not accept any claim for damages
  40. howsoever arising as a result of use or failure of this product. Your
  41. statutory rights are not affected.

  43. The SampleManager module or any variant of it is not intended for use in
  44. any medical appliance, device or system in which the failure of the product
  45. might reasonably be expected to result in personal injury.
