  13.           OWNERSHIP OF MATERIALS AND PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

  15. FIVE STAR GAMES CDROMs are owned by READY TO RUN CDROM, INC. and
  16. protected by copyright law.  The individual programs included
  17. on this FIVE STAR GAMES CDROM (the "Programs") and all documentation 
  18. accompanying the FIVE STAR GAMES CDROM are also protected by 
  19. copyright law.  Most of the Programs are owned by third parties 
  20. (the "Third Party Authors") who have released these Programs into 
  21. shareware distribution channels.  READY TO RUN CDROM, INC. makes 
  22. no claim of ownership of these Programs and has not verified the 
  23. ownership or accuracy of any of these Programs.

  25. You are licensed to use the Programs only pursuant to these terms and 
  26. conditions and any additional terms and conditions specified by 
  27. individual Third Party Authors. You may be permitted to copy all or 
  28. part of certain Programs for your use.  However, reproduction of any 
  29. FIVE STAR GAMES CDROM in its entirety is prohibited.  You may use the 
  30. FIVE STAR GAMES CDROM only on one computer at one time.

  36. documentation.  READY TO RUN CDROM, INC. and the Programs Authors retain 
  37. all rights and interests not expressly granted to you.

  39. All the programs on this CD are either Freeware or Shareware obtained
  40. from shareware distributors or public bulletin boards. Any file/s 
  41. which are found to be commercial by the buyer, Ready To Run CDROM, 
  42. Inc. or the author of the program, must be removed from all file 
  43. listings and/or bulletin board directories and may not be used or 
  44. distributed.

  46. The purchase price of this CD covers only the compilation, testing, 
  47. manufacturing and distribution costs.  It does not necessarily 
  48. include registration nor the rights to use the programs and images.  
  49. It's the buyer's responsibility to register with the shareware 
  50. publishers.

  91. If a FIVE STAR GAMES CDROM is found inoperable within thirty days
  92. from the date of purchase. the buyer should send the inoperable CDROM
  93. and sales receipt with $7 for shipping and handling to:
