  16.     Shareware is a distribution method, not a type of software. You
  17.     should find software that suits your needs and pocketbook,
  18.     whether it's commercial or Shareware. The Shareware system makes
  19.     fitting your needs easier, because you can try before you buy.
  20.     And because the overhead is low, prices are low also. Shareware
  21.     has the ultimate money-back guarantee -- if you don't use the
  22.     product, you don't pay for it.

  26.     Users of ARMADA must accept this disclaimer of warranty:
  27.     "ARMADA" are supplied as is.  The author disclaims all
  28.     warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation,

  31.     quential, which may result from the use of ARMADA."

  33.     ARMADA  is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge
  34.     to the user for evaluation.  Feel free to share "ARMADA" with your
  35.     friends, but please do not give them away altered or as part of
  36.     another system.  The essence of "user-supported" software is to
  37.     provide personal computer users with quality software without
  38.     high prices, and yet to provide incentive for programmers to
  39.     continue to develop new products.  If you find this program
  40.     entertaining and find that you are using ARMADA and continue 
  41.         to use it after a reasonable trial period, you must make a reg-
  42.     istration payment of $10.00 per game.

  44.         The registration fee will license one copy for use 
  45.         on any one computer at any one time.  You must treat this software 
  46.         just like a book.  An example is that this software may be used 
  47.         by any number of people and may be freely moved from one computer
  48.     location to another, so long as there is no possibility of it
  49.     being used at one location while it's being used at another.
  50.     Just as a book cannot be read by two different persons at the
  51.     same time.

  53.     Commercial users of ARMADA must register and pay for their
  54.     copies of ARMADA within 30 days of first use or their license
  55.     is withdrawn.

  57.     Anyone distributing ARMADA for any kind of remuneration must
  58.     first contact HYPERWARE at the address above for authorization.
  59.     This authorization will be automatically granted to distributors
  60.     recognized by the (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines for
  61.     shareware distributors, and such distributors may begin offering
  62.     ARMADA immediately (However HYPERWARE must still be advised so
  63.     that the distributor can be kept up-to-date with the latest
  64.     version of ARMADA).

  66.     You are encouraged to pass a copy of ARMADA along to your
  67.     friends for evaluation.  Please encourage them to register their
  68.     copy if they find it to be of value.

  81.         use it, please become a HYPERWARE supporter and send the 
  82.         registration FEE to the above address. If you are very energetic, 
  83.         please fill out and send the registration form at the end of this 
  84.         file (choose "P" while running README.EXE and the form will be 
  85.         printed along with this file)................THANKS!

  108.          IF YOU DON'T HAVE A COPY OF A HYPERWARE GAME BUT WOULD LIKE TO
  109.          ORDER NOW, ENCLOSE THE REGISTRATION FEE FOR THE GAMES YOU WANT AND
  110.          INDICATE THAT YOU ARE NOT IN POSSESSION OF A SHAREWARE VERSION.  I
  111.          WILL SEND YOU THE CURRENT VERSION ON THE DISK TYPE YOU DESIRE.  
  112.          USE THE REGISTRATION FORM BELOW OR A REASONABLE FACSIMILE TO MAKE
  113.          YOUR WISHES KNOWN.

  115.                                     SUPPORT

  117.     1.  All requests for support must be sent through the mail.  If 
  118.         your question is urgent or important enough (your call), I will be 
  119.         glad to talk to you via the phone, but it will have to be your dime
  120.           making the call ( a $10.00 registration fee won't cover long
  121.         distant phone calls ).

  123.     2.  I will answer any questions and provide help if necessary    
  124.         for a 90 day period from your registration.  If a problem arises 
  125.         from a specific hardware or software environment feature, I may
  126.         choose to refund your registration fee rather than modify the 
  127.         program for a specific case.

  129.     3.  If this program is no longer being supported when I 
  130.         receive your registration fee, I will return the fee promptly.
