  11. VistaSwitcher is an elegant Alt-Tab replacement for Windows XP/Vista/7 with 
  12. live previews and advanced task management capabilities. Once installed, the 
  13. program replaces the default Windows Alt-Tab dialog with a nice box that shows 
  14. a list of all running tasks with their names and preview snapshots and enables 
  15. the user to take actions on them using the mouse and keyboard shortcuts. With 
  16. just one click, you can switch to a task, minimize/maximize/restore the main 
  17. window or close the process.

  20. Using VistaSwitcher
  21. ===================

  23. Start VistaSwitcher. To switch between ALL open windows, press Alt + Tab. To 
  24. switch between windows of the same application, use Alt + ` (Backtick).

  26. You can go through the tasks by holding the Alt key down and pressing Tab, or 
  27. pressing the Up and Down Arrow keys, or moving the mouse pointer up or down the 
  28. list. As you do so, the snapshot preview changes to the currently selected 
  29. task. To switch to the task, click it with the mouse or release the Alt key.

  31. Right-click the VistaSwitcher tray icon to access the program menu and settings.
