  14. To view Support.txt on screen in Notepad, maximize the Notepad window.

  16. To print Support.txt, open it in Notepad or another word processor, 
  17. and then use the Print command on the File menu.

  22. full technical support for Microsoft(R) Internet Explorer 5.0.
