  9. Note : you must have at least 1.5MB of fastmem to run the HD version of Xenon 2.

  11. This installer requires the original disks from Xenon 2 (there are 2).
  12. Budget 1 disked edition is not supported yet.

  14. FEATURES:

  16. - Runs the game fully from HD
  17. - 3 versions of the game are supported (thanks Bert ;-) )
  18. - Convenient installer script
  19. - Consumes less memory than older version by using HDLOAD tooltype (900K saved)
  20. - Pressing F10 at any time quits the game and returns to the OS (3MB needed)
  21. - Patches the incompatibility with non-EC processors (like the floppy patch)
  22. - Removes copyprotection (like the floppy patch)
  23. - A trainer option allows infinite lives and a lot of money at startup.
  24. - A walkthrough is provided. It comes from a cool package from Brice Allenbrand.

  26. The disk 1 modified by my floppy patch can also be used.

  28. If you get crashes just before the game loads, or you've got lots of memory, remove
  29. the HDLOAD tooltype. The 2 diskfiles will then be loaded in RAM before the game starts.

  32. Note: I created and tested this package with a A1200/060/50 16Mb, so there should
  33. be no problems for all 680x0 CPUs (caches,chipset...). I tried to preserve KS1.3
  34. compatibility too (not guaranteed with higher processors than 68000)
  35. It degrades display properly so Multiscan users won't have any sprite or
  36. screen problem.
  37. The game was also patched for A3000/A4000 users and a tooltype/argument allows
  38. you to force the game to run in PAL or NTSC (Kick2.0 only).
  39. A TRAINER tooltype/argument allows you to get infinite lives and lots of money.

  41. On my installers, you can always force boot in PAL or NTSC, even if sometimes the
  42. game does not like NTSC very much!

  47. for 680x0 or write HD-Installers (NO WAY FOR CRACKED VERSIONS).
