A little tool to fine-tune your mouse,
this time for wheelmouse owners.

Do you own a wheelmouse?
Are you disappointed with the amount of software which supports
the wheel?
If this sounds like you, then you'll love FreeWheel!
FreeWheel can scroll any window which either contains standard gadtools
scrollbars, or listens for cursor up/down keypresses.
Clicking of the wheel-button (or MMB on non-wheeled mice) can be
mapped to several functions, including the ubiquitous MMB-Shift.
FreeWheel also provides continuous adjustment of mouse speed,
between 33% and 300%, via a hotkey-accessible GUI.
It can also provide my personally preferred click-to-front behaviour
(where a double-click in the window border brings forward the window)
FreeWheel is NOT a serial mouse driver - so you'll still need NewMouse
or whatever to drive your mouse.
