  7. Patches some OS blitter functions to use the CPU, giving a minor speed
  8. up, reduction in colour flicker and allowing the patched functions to
  9. operate outside chip mem.

  11. Also includes a facility to 'promote' non-displayable bitmaps to Fast
  12. RAM on a named task basis. By default Voyager288, IBrowse, AWeb and
  13. IPrefs (wbpatterns) are forced into fast mem.
