  14.   OK, what the heck is it?
  15.  
  16.   It's a replacement for the "CreateNails.ifx" ARexx script
  17.   that comes with ImageFX
  18.

  20.   So, what does it do? 
  21.  
  22.   Features with a * are not available in the original script
  23.  
  24.   * It can start ImageFX for you automatically
  25.  
  26.   * It allows you to set default Load and Save paths
  27.  
  28.   It will create thumbnails for an entire directory
  29.  
  30.   It can create "remote" thumbnails on your HD for 
  31.      non-writeable volumes (like CD's)
  32.  
  33.   * It also reads ALL subdirectories from any selected
  34.     starting point (meaning you can even create thumbnails 
  35.     for an entire CD at one time)
  36.  
  37.   (option) it can be set to skip pictures that already
  38.      have a thumbnail in the target directory so you
  39.      can use it to update directories on your HD after
  40.      adding pictures to them, or resume thumbnailing
  41.      a volume later if you quit the program in the middle.

  43.   * (option) it can create new directories for your
  44.     "remote" thumbnails.  So, if you are scanning a whole CD,
  45.     it won't dump hundreds (maybe thousands) of thumbnails
  46.     in the same directory
  47.  
  48.   * (option) it can examine every file found to make sure
  49.     it is really an image file before attempting to load it
  50.     into ImageFX so you can scan, for example, an entire
  51.     AF CD, and it will find and create thumbnails for every
  52.     picture found.  You can set it to check for specified
  53.     file extensions, examine the files internally, or both
  54.  
  55.   * It corrects a bug found in the Thumbnail loader, the
  56.     Thumbnail browser, and the NailFile.datatype which can
  57.     cause a lock-up or crash with some "remote" thumbnails.
  58.     The bug is fixed by altering the header in the nailfile -
  59.     your existing programs are NOT messed with...
