  1. These drivers are almost directly from VOGLE. The only change that has
  2. been made to them is to enable a viewport clearing function (as opposed to
  3. clearing the whole screen).

  5. Most of the line drawing and text routines for PC's comes from the book
  6.  
  7.  "Programmers Guide to PC & PS/2 Video Systems" by Richard Wilton
  8.  
  9. Some other stuff came from the book

  11.  "Programmers Guide to Hercules Graphics Cards" by David B. Doty
  12.  
  13. and some other stuff was filtched from J.D. McDonalds Fastega libarary
  14.  
  15. and last but not least, we made up lots of stuff ourselves.
