  1. This is a port of, the GNU version of awk, gawk.
  2.  
  3. It has been ported with the minimum of changes.
  4. Also included are the parts of the gcc library required.
  5. H. Rogers unixlib is used.
  6. (I wish someone would produce some UNIX add-ons for the Acorn Shared Library
  7. to save me using the unixlib)
  8.  
  9. Read the README. (I can just about use it, get a book on UNIX!!)
  10. The original manual is included in TeX format.
