  4. The "00_index.csv" file is a standard CSV file. The fields are comma ","
  5. seperated, and will always be enclosed in quotes (").

  7. The first line of the "00_index.csv" file on ADATE will always be the column titles,
  8. and each subsequent line will have the data for each column.

  10. Please note:

  12. - the order of columns MAY change, so don't rely on this. However,
  13. the names of the columns WILL stay the same, so you can rely on this.

  15. - the order of rows may be different, and may not necessarily be sorted, please
  16. do not rely on the order of the rows.
