  5.      You will be shown a numbered list of file names.  Select, by 
  6. number, the file you want to investigate.  Pick POE7-89A.LBR or 
  7. POE7-89P.LBR if you want to check out the Articles or Programs 
  8. library.  QL41 recognizes LBR files and shows a numbered list of 
  9. the files inside the library.  Look at the Table of Contents file 
  10. by pressing the number associated with the file POE-7-89.TOC.

  12.      Play around with QL41.  It's quite a program!
  13.  
  14.      If you want to extract a member from a library, follow 
  15. QL41's suggestion and press E.  If you then press a number, the 
  16. file associated with it will get uncompressed (if compressed) and 
  17. extracted to a file outside the library.  In this way, the 
  18. programs, documentation, articles etc. become printable, runable, 
  19. copyable etc.
