  1. M2TCAP.LBR contains my definition (.DEF) and implementation 
  2. (.MOD) files from my third article in TCJ # 48.  This article 
  3. made the TCAP connection so that terminal - independant programs 
  4. can be easily written in Modula 2.  It is not necessary to 
  5. install individual terminals as is sometimes required with other
