  1. Concatenates or appends two or more source files into a 
  2. destination file, similar to PIP, but accepts both named 
  3. directory (DIR) and drive/user (DU) specifications, which allows 
  4. elaborate concatenations with input files pulled from various 
  5. drives and user areas.  And CONCAT is fast.  For ZCPR3 only.  
  6. Version 0.8 adds D (date stamping) option.
