  3. Hi Dave -
  4.     Here's the genericized User's Guide.  The file CHAP8.NEW is the
  5. TCAP/CPSEL stuff and should actually be positioned between Z-MAN6.NEW 
  6. and Z-MAN7.NEW.  Plainly, it must be STARINDXed and properly formatted
  7. to EI specs.  Hopefully, the Appendix from the Kaypro version and the
  8. latest Z-Node list will be included.  I also think a new version of the
  9. publisher's intro is needed.  It is very likely that some of the `old'
  10. stuff is no longer correct, printerwise, so a general scan from that
  11. standpoint is also in order.  Please FedEx a hardcopy of the final cut
  12. to Richard before we go to press - and thanks in advance for all your
  13. work on our submissions.  You are a consistent pleasure to work with.
