aving the original  another             copy in the original file as well.                                                                                 Move records from   Moves record(s) from one record file to          one record file to  another record file while taking the original   another             record copy out of the original record file.                                                                       Exit to FILER       Returns to the FILER SELECTION MENU.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    N0 1not in use                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        N0 1BUILD SELECTION MENU                                  Build a record form Allows the creation of a new record form.                                                                                               Definition:  A "record form" is a screen diagram                     which categorizes and organizes information.                        It consists of underlines or "entries",                             "screen labels" (optional), and "entry names".                      For example, in "age: ___", age: is the screen                      label, and ___ is the entry.  After creating                        the form, Filer will ask you to name each                           entry--this is how Filer will identify the                          entries.  This "entry name" may or may not be                       the same as the screen label.                                                                                      Modify a record formAllows the creation of a new record form through                     the modification of an existing form.          Y131BUILD SELECTION MENU - continued                      List entry names    Lists the positions of the entries on the                            screen, their entry names, and a picture of                         the specified record form.                                                                                         Exit to FILER       Exits the BUILD program, returning to FILER.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            N0 1DEFINE A GROUP SELECTION menu                                             A group is defined by entering selection                             criteria into entries of the record form.                           Two types of selection criteria are possible:                       "comparisons" and "matches".  Any combination                       of these is allowed for each entry.                                 Comparisons are created by selecting the                            `Create comparison' option from the menu and                        choosing the desired relation (e.g., Greater,                       Less).  Matches are created by entering                             characters into an entry.  A record entry                           will match if it contains at least the char-                        acters specified.  For a record to b
