For example, in "age: ___", age: is the screen label, and ___ is the entry. After creating the form, Filer will ask you to name each entry--this is how Filer will identify the entries. This "entry name" may or may not be the same as the screen label. Modify a record formAllows the creation of a new record form through the modification of an existing form. Y131BUILD SELECTION MENU - continued List entry names Lists the positions of the entries on the screen, their entry names, and a picture of the specified record form. Exit to FILER Exits the BUILD program, returning to FILER. N0 1DEFINE A GROUP SELECTION menu A group is defined by entering selection criteria into entries of the record form. Two types of selection criteria are possible: "comparisons" and "matches". Any combination of these is allowed for each entry. Comparisons are created by selecting the `Create comparison' option from the menu and choosing the desired relation (e.g., Greater, Less). Matches are created by entering characters into an entry. A record entry will match if it contains at least the char- acters specified. For a record to be included in the defined group, each entry must satisfy all of the comparisons and at least one of the matches specified for that entry.
