This a MAJOR update of LOADKEY and
SAVEKEY.
These programs save your CP/M
keyboard configuration to a disk file
so you can later reload it in a
couple of seconds.
In other words, you can create
different keyboard configurations or
just different function key
definitions for various applications
programs and then save them to disk,
so you can recall them later without
using KEYFIG.COM.
This update makes some coding changes
to allow it to be used with
non-standard BIOS's.
The major change, however, is that
LOADKEY now follows your drive search
chain to find the specified .KEY file
unless you specify a drive in the
command line.
If you have a RAM expansion or more
than 1 drive (does ANYBODY use CP/M
with only 1 drive?), then you should
be using a drive chain. If you are
not, there's an explanation in the
doc file in KEY128-3.LBR.
Source code is also included, of
course.
ENJOY!
