  4. A program to allow modification of the NUMBER library that exists internal
  5. to many of the MODEM7, MDM7xx  programs and clones being used on CP/M
  6. systems.  It is no longer necessary to 'Patch' your modem program whenever
  7. a phone number is changed or a new one added.  CHGLIB20 is a menu driven
  8. program, with internal HELP files if required.  Use the format of:
  9.  
  10. CHGLIB22 INFILE.COM
  11.        or
  12. CHGLIB22 INFILE.COM OUTFILE.COM   
  13.  
  14. Then follow the instructions on how to change the telephone numbers, and
  15. identification information.
