  1. CPMTAX is a licensed freeware system for people who have fairly simple
  2. returns. These are people who file Form 1040A or Form 1040 and only
  3. Schedules A and/or B. We don't think people who require these forms should
  4. have to pay for a tax package.

  6. All information necessary to use the system is contained in on-line help.
  7. To operate the system simply invoke CPMTAX.  You will be positioned in the
  8. main menu from which all forms are selected. To obtain general help,
  9. enter "?". To obtain help about the menu, enter "/H".

  11. An abbreviated version of the manual is included as CPMTAX.MAN.
  12.  
  13. We hope you find the system useful and we would appreciate if you would
  14. make people aware of it who might be interested in the commercial versions.

  16. All versions of this package are available for most CPM computers.
