  4.   This  distribution package contains the EPEX system,  including 
  5. the  primary system generation and binary files,  a full  manual, 
  6. plus  assorted utilities that comprise the  non-resident  command 
  7. set.  This software was originally released as a fully commercial 
  8. product.  However,  because  of a lack of proper capital  and  my 
  9. feelings  towards  the free distribution of good software,  I  am 
  10. releasing  it  for public consumption.  Please  read  the  manual 
  11. section regarding distribution.

  14. can do, read the file EPEXAD.TXT, contained in this package.
