  11.    Z33VEH is a Video Error Handler for ZCPR33, derived from Z33ERROR 0.8 by
  12. Jay Sage and VERROR 1.7 by Paul Pomerleau.  It is called when a program in the
  13. line cannot be found.  Z33VEH is installed by Z3INS.

  20.    ZEX  and  SUB abort  options are  available  if the user opts to delete the
  21. command line (as in Z33ERROR).  A 'Q' option (no bells) is also supported.
