  11.    VLU  (Video Library Utility)  accesses  library and  disk files by pointer.
  12. VLU allows the user to uncrunch, unsqueeze, extract, and view library and disk
  13. files and to crunch disk files into libraries.

  18.    Syntax:  VLU [lbrname]
  19.

  21.    VLU will display a list of disk files on the screen along with a cursor and
  22. other information.   Placing the  cursor next  to  the name of a file with the 
  23. extension .LBR  and  pressing  'O' for  Open will display the contents  of the 
  24. library and shift the cursor into that directory.  Library members may then be
  25. viewed, extracted, or uncompressed (and simultaneously extracted) individually
  26. or tagged for the same operations in a group.

  28.    Similar operations are available with disk files as the object.  Disk files
  29. may be viewed,  uncompressed (uncrunched or unsqueezed,  VLU will decide),  or 
  30. crunched.   Again,  files may  be  tagged  for  group operations  and wildcard 
  31. tagging is available.

  36.    a. Version 1.08  adds option  for multiple filestamps  under group  Crunch/
  37.       Build (you can change  the stamp  on every file).  Corrects problem with
  38.       creating January datestamps  for library storage.  Refines operation  of
  39.       the alternate du: prompt in Group mode.
