  9.    VFILER (for Video FILER) is  a screen-oriented ZCPR3 shell  used to work in
  10. various  ways with individual  files or groups  of files.   VFILER  presents a
  11. full-screen alphabetized display of  the files in  a specified directory  that
  12. match a specified file mask.   A  pointer "-->"  designates the  current file.
  13. A number  of commands  are available  to allow the user to move the pointer so
  14. that it is pointing to a file of interest.  Once pointing to such a file,  the
  15. user  may perform  any of  a number  of operations  on  it,  such  as copying,
  16. deleting,  or viewing.   One  of the  operations  is to tag  the file.   Group
  17. operations can  then be performed on all tagged files at one time.   Ten macro
  18. commands  from a custom .CMD menu are permitted,  with a new .CMD possible for
  19. each directory.  See Help file for details on VFILER's operation.

  29. Operations on Files

  31.    All of the following, except for "A", can be performed on individual files.
  32. Those that have "(Group)" following the name of the operation can be performed
  33. on groups of files.   The  Group  counterpart of  an operation  is  invoked by 
  34. preceding the command by the group command "G".
