  1.      A bug was discovered in the original release
  2.      of RESTORE.LBR.
  3.  
  4.      This library now contains corrected versions of
  5.      RESTOREI and RESTOREZ.  The problem was that
  6.      they did not correctly handle small drives,
  7.      specifically those with DSM < 256.  This value
  8.      is typically found on SSSD floppies (and some
  9.      40 track DS 5-1/4" floppies) and on small to
  10.      medium RAM disks.

  12.      The symptoms of the problem are that, after
  13.      running RESTORE, the files are all still on the
  14.      disk, but they are only ONE allocation group
  15.      long, no matter what the original length was.
  16.      However, the size reported by DIR, XDIR, or CRC
  17.      will match the length of the original file!  In
  18.      addition, if you dump out an allocation map of
  19.      the disk after RESTOREing it, you will find the
  20.      files listed, in the proper order, at the
  21.      beginning of the map, then (usually, but not
  22.      always), some ++Free++ allocation groups, then
  23.      more pieces of the files that are listed at the
  24.      start of the map (if they are more than one
  25.      group long), in the same locations as before
  26.      you RESTOREd the disk.

  28.      All that is fixed now, at least on the disk
  29.      sizes and formats I have available to test.
  30.      Thanks to John Lorimer of Denver for reporting
  31.      the problem, and especially for providing
  32.      mapping info that let me track down the problem
  33.      quickly.  If anyone else has any other
  34.      problems, particularly if your disk format is
  35.      unusual, send bug reports to the BBS's listed
