  10. ASM       V    2    An erroneous phase error occurs when the identifier  in 
  11.                     a  SET  statement  appears within  an  expression  from 
  12.                     another statement.

  14. MOVCPM    V    1    For  systems  that  use  the  blocking  and  deblocking 
  15.                     algorithms  listed in the CP/M manual,  when a file  is 
  16.                     updated,  the  last  block of updated  records  is  not 
  17.                     written to the file.

  19. PIP       V    4    A  problem  occurs when the start and quit strings  are 
  20.                     of equal length.
