  5. Known sources for Kermit on diskettes and other native media.  Most include
  6. only executable program, not source code or documentation.  All diskettes are
  7. furnished as is, without warranty of any kind.  Most of these sources are
  8. public spirited individuals or organizations; they do not necessarily have the
  9. expertise (or time) to provide consulting, and they provide the diskettes on a
  10. best-effort basis with no guaranteed response time.  Kermit versions are not
  11. guaranteed to be the most current.  Prices include postage unless otherwise

  111. TK-50, VMS BACKUP format), and others.  Columbia and other organizations
  112. submit Kermit to DECUS periodically, but DECUS versions are usually a year
  113. or two behind those distributed by Columbia.
