AADISK.HLP -- LIST OF KERMIT DISKETTE (AND OTHER NATIVE MEDIA) VOLUNTEERS

Known sources for Kermit on diskettes and other native media. Most include
only executable program, not source code or documentation. All diskettes are
furnished as is, without warranty of any kind. Most of these sources are
public spirited individuals or organizations; they do not necessarily have the
expertise (or time) to provide consulting, and they provide the diskettes on a
best-effort basis with no guaranteed response time. Kermit versions are not
guaranteed to be the most current. Prices include postage unless otherwise
noted. Send checks, not purchase orders. If you know of a source for Kermit
diskettes not listed here, or wish to volunteer yourself, please let us know.

The Washington Apple Pi (an Apple user's group in Washington, DC)
sells version 3.78 of Kermit for the Apple II line. For a 5.25" disk,
order disk number COMM-06. For members of Washington Apple Pi, the
cost is $2.00, for non-members it is $3.50, plus $1.00 for postage.

- DECUS Kermit versions for various DEC and other systems are available on
various native media from the DEC User Society (DECUS) Program Library,

for further info. Collections of Kermit programs are available on tapes
20-190 (DEC-20 DUMPER format), 11-SP-98 (9-track tape or TK50, BRU
format), V-SP-62 (9-track tape, VMS BACKUP format), V-SP-53 (9-track or
TK-50, VMS BACKUP format), and others. Columbia and other organizations
submit Kermit to DECUS periodically, but DECUS versions are usually a year
or two behind those distributed by Columbia.
- Hewlett-Packard systems, various
Kermit versions on native media for various HP systems are available from the
