  17.   1. If you already own a copy of the first edition of Using C-Kermit
  18.      (1992, yellow), cut off the lower-left-hand corner of the back cover
  19.      (the part with the green " d i g i t a l " logo and Digital Press
  20.      address), and include it with your order. In this case, of course, you
  21.      must send your order by post. This entitles you to a $5.00 USD
  22.      discount on the second edition, which is shipped with the CDROM.

  24.   2. If you already have the second edition of Using C-Kermit (1997), you
  25.      can (a) use the C-Kermit Software Discount Order Form in the back of
  26.      the book (the original, not a copy), instead of this order form, to
  27.      order the CDROM by itself, or (b) include the "Using C-Kermit Proof of
  28.      Purchase" page (the final page in the book; the original, not a copy)
  29.      with this order to receive the CDROM by itself. In either case, you
  30.      must send your order by post.
