  4. CKOKER.LNK contains a reference to the file SETARGV.OBJ.  This file
  5. is not guaranteed to be in any particular path; it is dependent on how 
  6. the system was installed.  So it may be necessary to change:

  8. setargv.obj

  10. to something like:

  12. c:\pmsdk\lib\setargv.obj
  13.

  16. In the makefile, CKOKER.MAK, the CMPLFLAGS line contains the following:

  18. /D US_CHAR
  19.  
  20. This symbol definition causes the default character set to be US ASCII,
  21. in which character 02/03 (decimal 35) is the "number", "sharp", or
  22. "tic-tac-toe" sign.  If you want this character instead to be to the British
  23. Pound Sterling sign, remove this definition from CMPLFLAGS line.

  25. Also in the Makefile, if you have an older release of the Software Developers
  26. Kit, you should include the definition:

  30. This affects a section of the CKOTIO.C file.
