Dear PC User:
This disk contains complimentary copies of the XACT Series
Calculators. Included are the XACT-11C Scientific, the XACT-12C
Financial, and the XACT-16C Programmer's Calculators.
These are not demo programs. They are full featured SHAREWARE
versions of three successful commercial programs which emulate
the handheld models of Hewlett-Packard's HP-11C Scientific,
HP-12C Financial, and HP-16C Programmer's Calculators.
As Shareware, you may freely copy and distribute these programs
to friends and co-workers, to user groups, on electronic bulletin
boards, and so-on. You may not, however, modify the programs or
documentation, or distribute these programs for profit (handling
fees are ok).
The XACT Calculators are distributed as X11SHARE.EXE,
X12SHARE.EXE, and X16SHARE.EXE. Using your word processor,
pleare read the accompanying files X11SHARE.DOC, X12SHARE.DOC
and X16SHARE.DOC for instructions.
Enjoy the use of these programs.

P.S. Here's what they're saying about XACT calculators:
"When a program performs flawlessly, it makes writing a review
hard. Such is the case with XACT-16C." -Jacques Benavente, PCM
Magazine, August 1988.
"PC-12C's (an OEM version of XACT-12C) emulation of the HP-12C
is exact... Popular's PC-12C gets my vote." -Jim Seymour, "The
Best of the Best Utilities", PC-Magazine, 6/87.
"It's (XACT-11C) just like my HP-11C. I use it all the time and
keep it on my laptop computer when travelling." -Bill Treneer,
1776 Corporation.
"XACT-16C... It has power to burn." -Johnathan Matzkin, PC
Magazine, May 29, 1988.
