  27. NOTE: the Omen Tech password should not be something obvious, and it should
  28. NOT confer any privileges that could possibly compromise your system.

  30. I shall distribute DSZ.COM only as part of the DSZ.ARC EXACTLY as provided
  31. by Omen Technology Inc, or "zipped" wintout any additions, deletions, or
  32. modifications.  If I distribute DSZEXE.ZOO, I shall also maintain DSZ.ARC
  33. in the same directory since DSZEXE.ZOO references files in DSZ.ARC.

  35. If I see a modified DSZ archive or parts thereof in a file or collection
  36. of files (e.g., archive) on a bulletin board, I shall replace such files
  37. or archive members with DSZ.ARC exactly as provided by Omen Technology
  38. Inc.  I shall report instances of noncompliance to Omen Technology.

  40. I shall not allow any version of dsz to be sold, modified, patched, hacked,
  41. disassembled, decompiled, or otherwise reverse engineered without the prior
  42. written permission of Omen Technology Inc.

  44. I agree to feature the ZCOMM files (ZCOMMEXE.ARC, ZCOMMDOC.ARC, ZCOMMHLP.ARC)
  45. for downloading, and to announce the availability and features of ZCOMM in any
  46. bulletins, help displays, or other displays that mention communications
  47. programs.

  49. I agree to maintain a valid login on the BBS system(s) for which I am
  50. requesting registration, for use by Omen Technology in spot checking BBS
  51. support.  I understand that I am welcome to use DSZ on my bulletin board(s)
  52. from the time I sign and mail this document as long as I abide by the
  53. conditions above, including featuring the above mentioned ZCOMM files.
