  1. WinInfo.exe is designed to provide certain important information about
  2. windows to the user.  WinInfo will provide window title, class and screen
  3. co-ordinates of both a window directly under the mouse pointer and
  4. the main parent window that may own the window under the mouse.

  6. Wininfo.exe is provided to assist international users of Command Post 
  7. in acertaining proper patches to allow Command Post to operate with
  8. non-English versions of Windows.

  10. WinInfo.exe is also provided to users of Applets.  Applet users can use
  11. WinInfo.exe to determine parent window titles for the window control
  12. commands (HIDE, SHOW, ZOOM, ICONIZE) and both the parent window title and
  13. the screen co-ordinates for the PLACE command.
