  4. is to the sysop, and the only question you have to answer is if you want to
  5. use the Visual Editor.  The Sysop may not like this method, and may prefer
  6. for you to write a message, because it is hard for him to respond.  If
  7. he wants to, he will send you a message, and it will be put in your mailbox
