  2. MERGE Data allows one PHOTOLOG data file to be added to (or merged with
  3. another.  This option can only be used if both files exist.  If not, the
  4. appropriate missing file message will be displayed.
  5.  
  6. To use the MERGE Data option:
  7.  
  8. 1.  Press <M> from the PHOTOLOG MAIN MENU.  If a data file has been selected,
  9.     the screen will clear and a prompt requesting the file to add will be
  10.     displayed.
  11.  
  12. 2.  Type the drive letter, a colon (:) and filename of the PHOTOLOG data file
  13.     to be added (merged), then press <RETURN>.  Do NOT type the file extension.
  14.     PHOTOLOG automatically assigns the file extension PLG to the entered file
  15.     name.

  17.     NOTE:  If the file to be merged does not exist, a message stating this
  18.            will be displayed.

  21. 3.  The screen will clear.  The specified file merge information will be
  22.     displayed.
  23.  
  24. 4.  PHOTOLOG will inquire whether the merge file information is okay.  Press
  25.     <Y> to proceed with file merging, or <N> to cancel the merge request.

  27. 5.  Once file merging is completed, press any key to return to the PHOTOLOG
  28.     MAIN MENU.
