  2. This procedure will remove the strike any key LOGO from LOTUS DEVELOPMENT
  3. CORP.'s 123 versions 1A and 1A*. No warranty of any kind is made on the safety
  4. or efficacy of the use of this procedure.   Use is made at your own risk.

  6. This procedure should be performed on a copy of your 123 system disk which 
  7. has been deprotected, to avoid damaging the original.

  9. IT IS NOT THE INTENT OF THIS PROCEDURE, NOR THE DESIRE OF THE AUTHOR TO 
  10. ENCOURAGE OR FOSTER THE ILLEGAL THEFT OF COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL.

  12. Place your copied system disk in drive a: and your DOS Supplemantal
  13. programs disk in drive b: then type the following, (excluding the line #'s):
  14.   
  15. 1.  rename 123.exe 123.aaa
  16. 2.  b:debug 123.aaa
  17. 3.  U049D      (You should see: CALL 0AF1. If you don't this won't work.)
  18. 4.  E049D
  19. 5.  90 90 90
  20. 6.  U04C8      (You should see: CALL 1B6E. If you don't this won't work.)
  21. 7.  E04C8
  22. 8.  90 90 90
  23. 9.  W
  24. 10. Q
  25. 11. Rename 123.aaa 123.exe
  26.  
  27. That's all.
