Edinburgh Castle. The castle used to be the home of Scottish kings from the 11th century onwards. Today it is a museum with collections of old weapons and arms.
Edinburgh is a historical city. According to archaeologists, there is proof of a populated city as early as the Bronze Age. Today, its population is approximately 420,000.
Between Dundee and Aberdeen, to the north of Fettercairn, you find the castle of Fasque. It was built in 1809, and parts of the building are now open to visitors.
