  1. Sources to the ISPA ISDN packet driver haven't been made available
  2. by its author, Herbert Hanewinkel (heha@biochem.mpg.de). Additionally,
  3. versions later than 1.8.6 aren't freeware any longer. Consequently,
  4. instead of a newer version, ISPA 1.8.6 is bundled with INAR. But relax,
  5. there is nothing wrong with 1.8.6.
