Level: Muntions R&D (Reaserch and Developement)

I wrote this level to be as close to the quality of the original quality of
the Descent levels as possible. Hopefully I succeeded.
The back story is that the robots have taken over a weapons developement
asteriod. The people there placed the experimental weapons in a vault deep
in the asteroid and purged the computers at the first sign of trouble.However,
the longer it takes for the asteroid to be knocked out, the more chance that
the robots have broken into the vault and taken the weapons. All data is
backed up to a military base nightly, so you should not concern yourself with
the destruction of the base. However, the loss of the scientists will be
frowned upon.
I'll freely admit that this level is hard. VERY HARD(triple underscore)!
I tried to make it a little easier for people who are not very good, but it
is still a hard level, full of traps. If you get stuck, page down a few times
for some spoilers.

TURN BACK NOW!!!!
Most of this level is frivolous. You have to go through barely a quarter of
the level to complete it. However, the other 3/4's contain weapons and
hostages.
There is only one secret door that you MUST find. The hostages are behind
secret doors, and so are some items
After you clear out the first room, Go through the door and turn arround. Wait
for a few seconds, then fly back through the door and go to the start. A
switch door is in the ceiling with a quad lasar behind it.
In the room with the pit of lava, when you go through the door, make a break
for the far left (with the lights up) corner while shooting. A door is in
this area with an invulnribility behind it. Use it to dash into the lava pit
and get the plasma gun.
The Yellow Door off the hub in the middle of the level is one of the sections
you can avoid. The is no way to get through the half opened door, and you
must go to the other side of the complex to get to the key.
To get the red key, you need to leave the hub travelling twords the repair
bay (the door with the wrench). The wall opposite the door to the bay is a
secret door. Open it and enter the curved shaft. A little ways down is
another secret door leading out. Behind this door is an long curving passage
that is filled with enemies. At the end of this is a secret door that has
the red key.
