Also allows player to return air units to friendly controlled cities or move to a different friendly controlled city. The Game puts a +1 loss on all units that have been marked as out of supply. This loss is placed when the player Mouse LB clicks on the NEXT PHASE icon during the Supply Phase. The Game does this for the German and Russian Supply Phases. An out of supply unit will thus take 2 losses during a single turn if it remains out of supply. It is also easy to forget to return your air units to friendly controlled cities before ending the Supply Phase. The Game is unforgiving, and will destroy the air units not in cities.
